*Compostable bag*. Our own mix of freshly cut salad leaves in all sorts of shapes, flavours & textures.

The mix changes every week but you may find baby leaf lettuce, spinach or chard as well as mizuna, rocket, mustard, claytonia, lambs lettuce, herbs, edible flowers & more.

This salad keeps for ages compared to the supermarket version, in case you can’t eat it all at once. It is bagged fresh from the field so wash the leaves after purchase & keep in a box in the fridge to maintain freshness.
