Strathpeffer Artisan Bread is handmade in the Highlands by Nikky Burdekin.

 Using organic ingredients, I bake real bread that tastes great and is nutritious. I am passionate about making bread that is good for you!

I use a sourdough starter, a simple yeast culture that occurs naturally with beneficial bacteria, resulting in bread that is nutritious and easily digestible.

I use a variety of grains including wheat, Rye and Spelt. I am interested in baking with all grains to provide nourishing alternatives for those living with food intolerances including gluten free and Fodmap friendly.
